World Earth Healing Day Reports: 1999
Below is a selection of the reports we received from those who observed World Earth Healing Day 1999.

NAME: Leigh Tremaine

WEHD LOCATION: Devon, UK

COMMENTS: Diane and I gathered with ten others at Merrivale Stone Circle on Dartmoor. The energy of the area was fantastic. We entered meditation and anchored the light as the Eclipse gradually moved towards totality. The atmosphere was intense as the sky darkened and the temperature dropped. As the Moon moved away from the Sun it felt like there was a great releasing occurring. Eclipses symbolise the releasing of the Shadow from the unconscious, and the releasing of dense energy from the Earth. We then passed a talking stone, made of rose quartz in the shape of a heart, around our circle, and each of us spoke beautiful words of wisdom, or just held the energy. One of our group remarked how the Eclipse also symbolises the return of the light after a period of darkness, and this seemed very apt.

As we approached the exact time of the New Moon at 11.09 GMT we meditated on the cleansing and activation of the Earth Grid and its power points, for at this exact moment all of the planets were rising or setting, or above or below many of the world's most famous sacred sites. I felt that shamans were actually working with us on the inner planes. After the meditation we offered our thanks to the shamans and other peoples who have held the light at sacred sites, and have served throughout time as record-keepers of the sacred knowledge. We finished with Dances of Universal Peace.

Between the two linkup times, myself, Diane, and our friend Nina stopped at Tavistock and found the energies of the town unsettling, as if something was out of sync or disassociated, so we went over to the Church and Monastery ruins to offer our healing. We then went on to Lydford Castle, an old power centre close to the Michael line that still contained uncomfortable energies within its dungeons, so we again offered our healing and looked up to see a white dove appear from a hole in the wall. Then we went on to Lydford Gorge, and stood beneath the breathtaking White Lady waterfall, which was right on the Michael line. We cleansed and blessed ourselves with the water and admired the beauty of this sacred place.

For the evening linkup the three of us meditated at Belstone Tor as the Sun set, and then joined six others at a Stone Circle at the bottom of Belstone Tor, both of which are power centres for the Michael line. We linked with the energy of Uranus which was rising at the time, and held a vision for the interconnectivity of all things to be honoured. It was an amazing day. Thank you to all those who made it what it was. The day may be over, but the energies that we all anchored and disseminated will continue to be assimilated over the coming months.

WEHD LOCATION: Hazelwood, Devon, UK

COMMENTS: Our experience at Hazelwood was of the highest vibration we have experienced. The staff and food and accommodation were outstandingly beautiful. We created a sacred circle (medicine wheel) out of hundreds of stones hand-chosen and carried by the participants from the river. We created a sacred geometry using two focuses. One of the Emissary of Light and the other of native American origin, creating a brand new energy. The Eclipse occurred for us as total darkness at 11.14am and total silence was observed for one hour. The striking of the 22 inch symphonic Peace Gong was sounded by Gongmaster Don Orne from the USA and the Lemurian festivities began. It was absolutely magical and great intensions were set before, during and after the Eclipse occurred. A hot-air balloon was present and a beautiful angel sang a lilting lullaby as she threw hawk feathers from the mid-air balloon ride. Prayers and wishes, hopes and dreams were put on paper and put into the fire and many there believed that this was actually the ending and beginning of the new millennium, not December 31. The Mary energy was really strong and with spiritsong, toning, and dancing all were moved beyond words. Two couples exchanged vows and gave each other wedding rings as if to usher in the new paradigm of two whole awakened stuffless humans joinging together in conscious awareness to create that third entity which can only be known as LOVE. We honour the God in each one of you. May all your dreams and wishes manifest into your reality now.

WEHD LOCATION: Trethurgy, Cornwall, UK

COMMENTS: We met at Carn Grey, Trethurgy, outside St. Austell (an ancient Phoenician site we believe). An amazing number of people were drawn to this site, which was subsequently pictured in the local newspaper the Cornish Guardian. Most of the people were on top of the rock, some of them had camped there overnight! We do not believe that they were consciously aware as to why they had been drawn there! However, we had two meditation groups going, one on the rock site and one by the water, both situated on a large ley-line. The higher group had trouble focusing due to the noisy crowd but we at the lower group found the energy profound. We linked in at 10am with a quiet meditation, 10.45am for World Healing, and at 11.15am we closed with the Great Invocation. At the 10am linkup some of us experienced seeing golden lines of energy as a grid/network throughout the world, also with orange/golden dots where centres were projecting light. An impression of linking in with the Sun/Moon and other parts of the galaxy were experienced. It was extremely easy to visualise what we had in mind and a very rewarding experience. Somehow or other we had representatives in the team from each of the fixed signs: Leo, Aquarius, Taurus, and Scorpio. Interesting. Afterwards one of our dowsers went over the spot where we were meditating and measured a very large vortex of energy. Thank you for all your help and information which we are passing on.

COMMENTS: Wrio and I took part in the healing meditation at 11am sitting in the garden with a candle. This was peaceful (but cold!) and we gained a real sense of oneness with nature. Then in the evening nine of us met at my house, linking up with friends who couldn't be there. This was an extremely powerful healing meditation which brought all of us a sense of tranquillity, peace, joy and hope. We were all very glad to be there and feel privileged to have been part of this global event. Many, many thanks to you for all your hard work in organising it. COMMENTS: Myself, Teresa, Jo, Sam the new baby (hopefully he'll see the next total Eclipse here!) and Baggy the dog gathered at Bunkers Hill Wood in Stourbridge.There seemed to be a release of energy of a very subtle and unusual nature. A lot of people said the Eclipse was 'eery'; this describes it quite well. Connecting consciously to the energy grid later in the evening in meditation was a strong experience. Lots of lines and colours moving from the Earth's core to the surface interacting with the energy created by the linkup. This has been a truly global event. Thanks to Leigh for the Website and everyone for their input.

COMMENTS: I was at the 'Rainbow 2000' Eclipse Camp on August 11. Never having lead a meditation group before, I ended up leading one at 10am with four people; one at 11am with ten and another at 8.20pm with twenty-five! All three wonderful meditations.

COMMENTS: I was at Anglesey Show on the day and managed to distribute some leaflets around the site and gathered a few souls to chant for the duration - the energy was very powerful.

COMMENTS: We got togehter in Grasse in southern France at our home. We were four. We elected for a circle meditation sitting on Zafu's and joining all and each of us by the hands using a thread of wool. Starting slightly after noon and ending as suggested 20 minutes later at which time the Eclipse was on, 83% in the south of France with a drop of temperature and an eery darkening of all colors, allowing the bay of Cannes and the Esterel mountains to be crisply seen over the blue of the Mediterranean. Something was really happening there! Was it the Moon or the Meditation? I got totally warm with inner electricity all over as soon as I sat down that continued the whole time. Regina had a full batch of the same, centring around her head, Marie-Claire almost dropped the thread as she felt the burning circling around and through the thread, and later in the day, Mamie, the grandmother who is 85, declared that all her pains went away and she never felt as good for a long time. Something really did happen there! Was it the Moon or the Meditation? But is the precise answer that important? Something did happen. Thank you for the idea anyway, it was worth it.

COMMENTS: Well, in my opinion this WEHD was really a great success! We had a very powerful meditation on that day. It was a strong feeling of joy, lightness and dancing. It seemed to us like we were dancing with very many other spirits, beings, and higher selves of other lightworkers (we don't know exactly who all these "people" were). But it simply was a wonderful experience!

COMMENTS: May I report to you what I experienced on August 11. Around approximately 11.15am, as we prepared for lunch, I felt strong energy around me. After eating I showered, put on white clothes and meditated at 12 o'clock alone in my living room, for approximately 15 minutes. I felt again the strong energy. Then I went out and looked at the Eclipse through a filter. The gap between the clouds was large enough to observe the phenomenon. Only 8% of the Sun was seen, and the sky was as dark as before a thunderstorm.

In the evening I drove to my therapist and soul mate, Lucia, and we performed a meditation with guardian angels, which she lead. After we had exchanged our experiences, I looked at the clock and it was exactly 9.20pm, time for the second world meditation.

I stood in a circle with others. The situation in Kosovo came to me. A voice spoke to the inhabitants: "Look at what you have done with each other. Remember the time when you lived together in peace. What has changed you so? Forgiving each other is part of the reconstruction." I began to cry. Then I saw a large heart with a tremendous light descending into the geographical centre of the region and touching the hearts of all people who were there. The people looked at each other and asked each other with tears in their eyes: "What did we do to each other?"

Then I saw a large heart in the middle of our circle, which spread around the whole world, and entered the hearts of all humans. I saw the clearing of the rainforests and the environmental destruction in general. We wondered: "What have we done to the Earth?" I began to cry again. Then all of us cried: "Mother Earth, please forgive us!"

After the meditation I mentally said goodbye to my left and my right neighbour with a firm handshake. Then I sat down beside Lucia, told her my experience, and we had a cuddle for a while.

COMMENTS: Our Summer of Hope programme started very well on the 11th of August, where we celebrated together with friends from Freiburg, Freiberg in Saxony, California, and Amsterdam (a very special hello to Brian and Sanda, Amin, Freed, and Chris L. - thanks for your company, your feelings and your support). We shared the unique experience of the solar eclipse and we celebrated World Earth Healing Day with music from the Woodstock Festival 30 years ago. Four international bands created a wonderful atmosphere and even though it started to rain in the evening (a Woodstock revival wouldn't be authentic without rain, would it?) we had a wonderful time together - dancing in the rain and singing together songs like "Hey Jude" and "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life".

COMMENTS: Thanks for the organisation! We had about 70 people out on the Oslo fjord on Viking ships doing a golden circle meditation. The effect was hot, as in hot hands and hearts! Needless to say, we had clear weather and all was wonderful. Look forward to the next event.

COMMENTS: Here in Denmark there were several meditations. Here on Fyn (the fairy island of Hans Christian Andersen) we had a blessing meditation in a pyramid. There were about twelve of us and the energy was very strong. I felt so much it was cleaning out the big black ring of unconscious thoughtforms around the Earth.

COMMENTS: This August 11 meditation (twice on the same day in fact) was quite a powerful pivotal moment for the world, especially for those who were able to tune in. I and many friends noted the intensity of the mind link, especially the first one in the morning. There were lots of people "on the line" as one of them said. Absolutely! So we can reasonably assume that it was a resounding success from what we could grasp and feel - the vibrational/energetic level was really powerful - and most participants certainly each have their own unique story to tell about what they experienced during those ecstatic moments of Oneness with their brothers and sisters from around the world, all joined in one common sense of belonging and "being from" to the same Source of Light and Love.

COMMENTS: I want to share with you that we had two groups of 9 and 7 lightworkers, one for 6:11 and one for 3:20. For the people that came to both, the consensus seems to be that the morning meditation was different than afternoon, for sure. For myself, I found the morning one to be more peaceful. I felt a definite connectedness with the "Stream" of souls that were of like mind. I saw a lot of the purple ray of light and at the end golden light.

For the Afternoon Meditation, it was more "active" and transformational. I saw the world from space as having a crystalline networking of some sort of electrical looking energy grid surrounding it. There was much communication going on as this grid was lighting up and twinkling. Then I saw something which looked like a radar screen with a blip over the area of Romania being worked on. Someone in the group said that the new symbol for our planet is becoming the sundial instead of the pyramid which is more feminine and not patriarchal and that seems to fit what I was seeing. I also saw rainbows interconnecting, and a lot of healing going on in the group, which was wonderful. On a personal level I experienced being stirred up by the afternoon meditation and have become more aware of things I need to let go of for me to be able to listen to what my higher guides want me to spend my time and energy doing. More clarity came to me on the 12th after a dream filled restless night. All in all it was a powerful healing for those who participated and also peaceful. We have decided to have group meditation on Sundays from 12:00 to 1:00 with others for global healing. Synergy works!

Many whom never see 6am were on the beach watching the Sun come up - it was a glorious-loving-peaceful day - our group energy went out - could feel the vibrations from the universe - ours yours - wonderful!

COMMENTS: We had 60+ people at our 7.30pm fire ceremony. We formed a grand cross alignment at the fire circle and there was a GREAT WHITE Light hanging over the assembly. Everyone chose a stick to hold and put what no longer worked in their life and also put into that stick what they wanted to manifest. Later in the ceremony everyone was invited to throw their stick on the fire; it was very interesting to watch the reactions as they placed or threw the wood in the fire. We did chakra toning, anchoring of the directions and energies, guided meditation, shared bread and water, drummed and sang and had a closing prayer. It was a truly uplifting and harmonious. There were people of all ages, walks of life and ethnic background. We are honored to have been a part of such a wonderful gathering. As everyone was leaving lightning began to flash and it rained that night of the first time in months. We look forward to getting together again for the next global event. Many Thanks.

COMMENTS: I meditated alone in New York in a magnificent garden of a friend on August 11th and I linked in with groups all over the world who were sitting during the Eclipse and doing the necessary building of thoughtforms for the new millennia. Our group, the MPH, gathered at our Centre in Israel and sat for two hours in powerful meditation, receiving instructions and guidance as to how and what spiritual work to do in order to facilitate the coming of the New Age to the Earth.

COMMENTS: I was in Oregon with my sisters for the Eclipse. We went to the coast, got up at 3am and sat at the ocean for 2 hours "tuning in" with everyone. It was a very sweet experience and I'm sure it all makes a big difference. With my nature being prone to anxiety, I HAVE to look at the bright, positive side of possibility... so that's where I'm focusing my attention. I know the near future will bring many changes but I visualize a positive, life-enhancing outcome from these transformations. And then I pray I'm right!

Locally, Lynette Hopkins and Shama hosted an evening of ceremony, music, and dance at Gold Creek Ranch north of Sunland. Thanks to the fine work of publicists Nicole Bezankin and Bruce Portman, the ceremony was well attended. It was a time of joy, humor, and spiritual connection with the energies of the Earth and with one another. Shama, hypnotherapist and Tantric educator, acted as mistress of ceremonies, while Raymond Powers, founder of the band Syrius Bliss, orchestrated the musical portion of the evening. Participants had their choice of a potpourri of inspirational and transformational experiences. Lyn Hopkins, chief of Wild Rose Dreamers Lodge and Drum Team, and Walter Helbig led sacred sweats in which prayers for the healing of the Earth and for the unity of mankind were expressed. Workshop leaders included Sophia, internationally acclaimed recording artist - Sound Healing; John Hill and Miriam, co-founders of the Sacred Love Institute - Tantra Puja; Steven Notari, psychologist in private practice - Male-Female Relationships; Valerie Hasely, relationship counselor and healer - Lemurian Healing Temple; Kabbalah Bach - moving and chanting with the sacred gong. The ceremony ended around a community campfire where people shared their energies in song, laughter, and dance in the spirit of world healing and collective enlightenment.

COMMENTS: Thank you very much for your newsletter. It was very affirming of what we here at the foot of Mt Shasta experienced. For us the energy on August 11 and 12 was so intense many of us could barely handle it. And things are unequivocably "different" ever since. Living in this vortex is an almost dreamlike experience anyway, but now it's in overdrive.

COMMENTS: I had a beautiful day of quiet. I spent from 9-4 in the prayer chapel at a church I attend frequently, meditating, reading, and writing, and voicing my prayer for peace, all around. I haven't found any groups here in Mt Vernon to connect with yet. When I lived on the Gulf Coast there were regular meditation groups with which to meet. I miss them, and yet I feel the connection with all of you. Peace.

COMMENTS: Since I work in a building of 800 people, I had planned on holding a ceremony in the wooded trail out in the back. However, a number of communication technologies failed the day before and day of, so I couldn't get my message out to everyone in the building. So instead I made a sandwich board for myself, with information and an invitation to join written all over the front and back, and walked throughout the building during the 19.20 GMT synchronization, which was lunch hour, continuously singing "Let There Be Peace On Earth" to get people's attention to read the signs. Although the level of people's involvement was very low-key and short-lived (about 30 seconds), I managed to reach a large number of people.

COMMENTS: At the ceremony I went to they described the Eclipse as a marriage between the Sun and Moon, or a conception, and also stated that on May 5th will be the resulting birth of a higher conciousness. We must continue to "pray without ceasing" in this 9 months. The only unfortunate thing that happened that day was that I came home from the ceremony with a nasty head cold. Perhaps it's the Universe's way of telling me I need to clear my head? On the more fortunate side, we got our house under contract that we've been trying to sell all summer long, on the day after the Eclipse. It seems to be a time of movement and change. We will be moving to Missouri within a couple of weeks in hope of buying or starting a campground/spiritual retreat. Wish us luck!!

COMMENTS: My mate, four-year old daughter and I went to the tree line at about 10,000 feet up where our old silver mine rests dormant in South Western Montana. The panoramic views are breathtaking. As a family and individually we are always in harmony and very creative when with nature. On Tuesday, we did some work clearing old timbers and fallen soil, set up a modest camp and took many walks. Before putting our daughter to sleep we thanked all that is good and used some flower essence then ritualistically burned some sage, sending our love to everywhere. Immediately thereafter the air became very still, animals silenced and an inversion warmed the mountains. So warm and with no insects that naked was the only way to be. Night stepped in late and we were blessed with an opening in the clouds to see the magnificence of the stars. My mate being so calm and free of his usual physical pain fell to sleep. I was fully awake. My body downloading toxins that eventually, about 4am, set me physically free. I sat looking out to a slight break in the east clouds.

I meditated. Flashes of sheet light with no sound lit up my heart. Out came some pack rats. My whole life in Montana I have investigated and enjoyed old mines, cabins, caves and the like seeing droppings and reminents of pack rats but never have I seen them until this night. We were taught that pack rats were ugly, disease-carrying and dirty. As the dawn slipped into the night, the pack rats and I met. Neither of us were afraid. As I watched their meticulous behavior and how cute they were a notion arose that said, "Your perceptions of what is ugly or unworthy will change as the disenfranchised come out of hiding."

The next occurrence was the sound of one huge bird, like a crow or raven. I could not locate the bird though I searched intently. When the Sun came through the clouds right in front of me was a tiny fat bird. It cocked its head and danced about a rock and current bush. Very entertaining. Then the little bird crowed, LOUD! I could not believe that sound came from such a small bird. I laughed as loud as it crowed and we had a hysterical conversation. The notion came to me, "The voice of the smallest will be heard."

Then a lone coyote howeled nearby. It circled me though I could not see it. Just as I thought it was departing it would howl high pitched sending tingles throughout my body. The notion arose, "Man is a part of nature and is being welcomed back not afraid or controlling but as a vital part of nature."

My thought-forms and prayers now seem to occur with no effort at all sorts of moments in all sorts of situations. All are very emotional and touch on my knowings so strong. All my life I have been labelled an idealist, dreamer, too optimistic for my own good. Too, that my stresses in life are due to my unwavering belief that man is divine, of light and always worthy of kindness and love no matter their apparent behaviours. I know now this knowing is absolute truth. Interestingly, in just a few short days those who have viewed my being as Polly Annaish or rose colored now have shifted their understanding to one of mystery or aspiration.

COMMENTS: I've read about the bands across the sky that intersected with the path of the Eclipse on August 11 and just wanted to add that when I was meditating with my friends on that morning at Marconi Beach on Cape Cod, I could clearly see gray striations in the sky, moving in a north-south direction. Looking at pictures/maps of the bands that were seen by astronomers in Cornwall, I'm pretty certain they were of the same nature - the orientation seems to be the same in each case - north-south. Has anyone else out there seen them? They were quite dramatic.

August 11 was pretty intense. My partner and I rose at 1:00 and drove out to Cape Cod to meet a friend, and were on the beach by 5:00 or so. Didn't see the Sun, since it was so cloudy, but the whole morning, there was an intensity that was very trippy. Did a lot of focusing on Light and tuning in to the Earth. But it was so intense, it was a little challenging to hold a consistent thought the entire time. Just nestled back into the arms of the sandy beach and took it all in, while anchoring light. Also, we walked a labyrinth we drew in the sand to specially attune to that place. I'd recommend it for anyone. What really struck me, along with all the other trippy stuff, was how much trash there was in the sand - everytime you turned a corner, there was another celophane wrapper or cigarette butt. We cleaned as best we could.

COMMENTS: I began my meditation at 3am, after mental, spiritual and physical preparation, and continued until about 3.25. I was physically alone, but about halfway through the meditation, I felt a surge of energy which lasted for hours afterwards, and which made me feel connected to all, especially to those who were purposely linking in. I focused on Light and held the space for that Light to come in. I saw others doing the same all over the planet and realized that this wasn't just my imagination. I feel that we conceived something that day that will be birthed in May, nine months later. It is true that, together, we can create the world we envision. We must stay true to our purpose and mission to heal the Earth. That is what we are here for. Let us remember that although we are scattered all over the planet, we are always together, as One, and have more Light Power than we can even imagine right now. Someday it will be clear to us what miracles we have created.

COMMENTS: I would like to share with you my experience on August 11th. I found a very interesting forum called Light Connections and we got in touch with each other, and so at 2 pm central time, we all were there at this forum through the Internet at the same time and had a most incredible connection. Before describing this meditation, let me tell you that I was visiting with some friends, and was planning on staying for the whole week, but I woke up with an urge to go back home (two hours away) for the day. Now I know why. I arrived home at 10am and watered my plants, worked with my quartzes, arranged my altar, and at 1.30 I started meditating on my own. The energy was as I had never felt it before, even if it was not either of the two scheduled meditations. I had a lot of visions come to my mind, I had felt this anxiety all day, this emotion, this feeling that something very special was about to happen. Well, it did. During this meditation I started to move my hands, half consciously, half unconsciously, and I tried to touch my face so I moved my hands towards my face and I never touched it, I felt as if my hands were inside my skin, inside my face. I felt a warmth inside of me and then I felt as if my whole body were transparent and totally flexible, and I felt as if I were in some place else, maybe floating in the Universe.

It was very intense, but then suddenly everything stopped and my eyes opened, and so I decided to use the technology and I found the forum and nine people in it. Little by little we started to focus our attention on giving unconditional love to the Earth and bringing light to her dark spots, and so on, but when I closed my eyes and tuned in, all I got were these images of people suffering, of animals being killed, of trees being cut... and I started to cry feeling the most intense agony ever felt by me before. I thought something was going wrong because we were supposed to be thinking positive things for the Earth, but then I understood (helped by the very wise and beautiful words of the others in the forum) that I was seeing, from the outside, all the damage we are doing, and how much these things hurt the Earth. That is why I was crying, because I was feeling her sadness. But then I felt like relieved after the tears and started seeing the ocean, the sky, the sunsets and all the beautiful things we find in her, and I felt gratitude to be alive and I felt as if the Earth was forgiving us. All the time, all nine (or more by then) of us had been perfectly synchronised. I had a CD playing the whole time, and it was amazing how the music fitted with the feeling we were all experiencing at the same time. I asked them if they could hear the music, and one sister told us she heard a chorus of angels, and that was precicely the song I was listening to at that very moment. Then when it came time to say goodbye, the song titled Akua Tuta was playing, which means "Take Care". It is a farewell song.

It was amazing. We also visualised ourselves holding hands in a circle and the energy I was feeling was warm, ticklish and VERY strong, Thoughts kept coming to me, sentences with information, things I would have never thought myself, they kept coming all through the day. Then I understood something I had always asked myself: why, if we know that we live in a dream and that reality is so much more subtle and love is the only power, why play the game and find a job and use money and live within this society? I found the answer at last. It is part of a mission we have. A part of us that needs no body (that transparent part I felt) is out there working in more subtle levels, while we in this earth and in this level of conscience, must do our work here. It is like a connection, and part of that work is playing the game without falling asleep, and being aware of our mission. Thank you. My life is changing, it has been for the last two years, and I know it will never be like it was before. the door has been opened, and there is no turning back.

I can only feel SO GRATEFUL! I love you all, thanks for sharing all this with me.

COMMENTS: From August 11-15, I visited the Native American Ceremonial Celebration in Gallup, New Mexico, so I was on the train during August 11, where I repeated my prayer, passing through the desert and looking out the window of the train. I repeated it during the Native American Blessing of the Ceremonial, which was given by a Navajo Medicine Man in Navajo. I prayed while he prayed. I will always remember those holy moments, listening to a real Medicine Man, and joining my prayer with his (on Friday, August 13 - the day of the End of the Mayan Calendar, Saturday, August 14, and Sunday, August 15). I repeated the Prayer also from the top of a mesa near Gallup on the Navajo Reservation. Standing atop the redrock mesa, praying to the four directions, sending Blessings to the Universe from the Center of My Being had a wonderful spiritual effect on me.

COMMENTS: We observed World Earth Healing Day by subjectively uniting at the exact time of the New Moon and for the next 48 hours to recite The Great Invocation and to strengthen the hands of the New Group of World Servers. We re-cognised the Sun (Sirius) behind the Sun (Leo) during the planetary alignment of the Fixed Cross, thus increasing our commitment to will, to know, to dare and to be silent. May Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth in the New Millenium.

WEHD LOCATION: Honolulu, Hawaii

COMMENTS: Here in Honolulu, the Sacred Sounds group did an interactive ceremony and performance called "Music of the Spheres" with about 60 people in the audience who became a choir and dance ensemble when necessary. We had a sacred orchestra of 15 players on drums, flute, guitar, didjeridoos, crystal singing bowls, bells and chimes. Our intent to generate an upward energy spiral and raising of frequency seems to have worked, as all people we've talked to since have said they felt elated and charged with immense energy, and some didn't need to sleep again until the next day. Many of us also had the distinct feeling that we were receiving a standing wave of very high-frequency energy, and being lifted by it Some, like me, crashed two days after the event and slept for about a day and a half. This suggests that part of the art of moving into higher and finer frequencies of vibration is to complete the graceful return to the routine of life in third density, for as long as that needs to be done. Doing it ineptly or too quickly feels the way the bends must feel to a deep sea diver. It must be possible to learn the art of experiencing higher and higher frequencies of vibration, while still keeping the body energetic and well-charged, so it falls into normal sleep when needed, but not much more. What a planet! What an exciting time!

COMMENTS: As I turned 50 on August 11 this year, and with all the activities happening cosmically, I decided to honor this event with a special ritual. My husband took the day off from work and we left our house at 3.30am for a trip up to the top of Mauna Kea for sunrise. The sky was clear of any cloudcover which is quite unusual for this side of the island, and we reached the Onizuka center which is just below the summit, at around 5am. The sky was a blanket of stars and one could hardly count the number of shooting stars streaking across the sky. We headed on up to the top of the mountain just as first light was breaking. There was no wind, and it was absolutely clear. We could see almost the entire Island from our point of view.

At the exact moment the Sun started to peek over the horizon, I sat on the rim of the crater and offered a crystal to the mountain. Then I began a drum ceremony with a special drum that was made for me by an Indian man who walks The Wochangi Way, and he had painted a lioness on the drum (the lion being my spirit animal and also representative of courage. My husband waited in the car and although he is not a visibly spiritual man, honoured my ritual. As I began to drum with the Sun coming up, I felt a tremendous heart expansion and a release of all fear and negativity. It was so intense, I began to cry and continued to do so for the remainder of our trip down the mountain. I felt a huge wave of forgiveness and gratitute for having been given the opportunity to live in these times, and the love between humanity and the Mother was enormous. It was a profound and powerful experience and although we must all work together for the good of the planet, the message that I got was that we must all start with our own individual selves, to bring to the 'group' a grounded and fear-less sense of healing and unity. Much aloha to all, and happy birthday to those that celebrated their entrance onto the planet on that special day.

COMMENTS: We had a magic day on August 11. We woke up around 5am and meditated for about half an hour, and then we watched the Eclipse as it was happening through the BBC. We watched the Eclipse for about two hours as it was going through England, France, Germany, Hungary, Romania (here we stopped for special two and a half minute silence), then Turkey, Iran, and so forth all the way to India. Later that morning we gathered at the pyramid of Cuicuilco in the south part of Mexico City. We were around nine hundred people all dressed in white and we meditated, chanted, prayed, and some of us cried and danced. It was a feeling of sacredness, a feeling of awe, a feeling that something really important for the Planet was happening. There were people from many different meditation groups but we were all united in One Spirit, as one people, as one group. After the ceremony was finished we ended with a feeling of happiness a feeling of union, a feeling that we had entered the beginning of a new Era. We felt connected to all living creatures, to all living things, to all the peoples of the Earth and to our beloved Mother Earth herself. It was beautiful and awesome! Let's take this day as a new beginning for our Planet and a new beginning for all of us, and let's awaken the Spirit of Universal Love, in each one of us. The time has come for us to wake up to the Spirit of the New Earth. Let us remember that we are all children of God in this which is our human family. May love and light fill our lives, and change our world, and from this Great Spirit, may we come together to brighten the future.

COMMENTS: Just a brief message from us at Rumblara Rainforest Retreat, Mt Tamborine. About 50 of us gathered here for the August 11 meditation, and I would have to say that it was the most powerful meditation that we have ever had at Rumbalara. I could actually see the powerful energy pulsing through peoples bodies. Their bodies could not remain still. Everyone was in awe of the power of the day. Love and light to you from down under.

COMMENTS: For us on the east coast of Australia we had the Eclipse at 9.09pm. I had 20 people come for the evening to share in meditation. We started with discussions on the astrological significances to us all in regard to past, present and future, then had our mediation at at 9pm for an hour. We had about 5 astrologers in the group and most were healers. There were many varied experiences with incredible energy that got to a degree of burning and light flashing. But, the one thing that came out of the evening was the connection with the group, who as a whole, haven't meditated for some years together. It was time to come back together as a force for the future as we had all gone our own ways in spreading the word. From now on I will be holding monthly meditation evenings, as quite a few of the group are teachers, who usually miss out on group experiences owing to being the teachers! It was an electric evening with everyone being very conscious to the lead up events that were significant to themselves. In Australia there was very little information about World Earth Healing Day or the Eclipse so it was nice being able to inform others as the information from both the US and the UK was abundant.

COMMENTS: We gathered on the beach at Woorim on Bribie Island to honour the Earth at this special time. We formed a circle of twelve to link up in the morning, then again in the evening our group was larger and we followed our Earth healing meditation with some powerful personal clearing meditations. COMMENTS: It is with pleasure that I would like to share, with few worlds, our August 11 meditation. First I would like to say that here in Brazil the number of people participating in this event was much bigger than in Harmonic Convergence! We live here in the Aquarian City of S�o Paulo (its Birthday and Astrological ascendant are in Aquarius). As the Temple of the Three-Fold Flame, which had been activated in December of last year through the wonderful service of the Marine Meditation led by David J Adams of South Australia, was called forth to serve in this important Cosmic Moment, we decided to do our Meditation in a Park in the higher point of S�o Paulo, the Av. Paulista - S�o Paulo's Symbol. S�o Paulo's City is known as the "Jungle of Stone" because of the number of high buildings! S�o Paulo has 17 million inhabitants. This Park has a strong energy of the Elements, it is like a micro Amazon Forest in the middle of a Jungle of Stone. We began our Meditation at the Sunrise that was at the moment of the beginning of the Solar Eclipse in the North Atlantic (Brazilian Time) connecting us with the 5 elements. It was touching when the first Sun Rays appeared through the huge trees of the Park! The first light of the new world - the era of Aquarius - what a joy! It was gorgeous! There was not a single cloud in the blue sky during the day and the next two days! Hallelujah!

COMMENTS: During the Eclipse, my wife and I were in Fernando de Noronha, an island 200 hundred miles off the northern coast and a major hub for dolphins, whales and turtles which we felt was a good sign as far the Earth grid is concerned.The whole week we felt a major income of wonderful and healing energy coming through the Earth grid while we were grounding light in that particular spot. And it felt strong the link up with all lightworkers in action. Love and peace for all.

COMMENTS: I was doing some meditation on World Earth Healing Day and I felt some kind of strange force around, like some kind of union. I don't know how to express it in English. I felt myself in a deep state of conciousness. Suddenly, my girlfriend's father opened the door of my room to wake me up. After I said "Hello!" to him, I felt once again very deep. And in my meditative trance, I focused on healing the Earth. And to make a "virtual" change to all the world, and then, boom, I felt like I could give a big hug to the entire world, as if my body wasn't physical, just ethereal. And, I felt very close to "somebody" that, until now, I don't know who it was, but I felt really well. It was some kind of unknown friend. Someone you don't know but you feel okay with. After that, I got up very fast (not normal for me, I try always to wake up slow, to enjoy the trip back to conciousness). And that was all. The last thing that's unusual for me, is that all this was in JUST 20 minutes. Not 21 or 19, just 20! And of course, because I was in a very deep state, I didn't know about the time until I woke up.

COMMENTS: My main experiences included (before August 11) much mental fogginess, some emotional ups and downs, and pain from an arm that I broke in May by falling downstairs. On August 11 I felt more pronounced fogginess, although during our small group meditation at the time of the Eclipse, I felt deep love and oneness throughout my being. I did not sleep very well that night, but I awoke on Thursday, August 12 with a marvellous feeling of being focused and at one with myself and the universe. Meditations that morning and since have been very good, compared with before August 11. My fogginess has occasionally returned, but not to the extent it was formerly. Other people in our group on August 11 reported having considerable difficulties of one kind or another during the days or weeks leading up to the Eclipse (I haven't received any more feedback from them since). COMMENTS: I spent the time of the Eclipse as far inside the pyramid as I could get at the closed door to the tunnel that takes you deeper inside. The energy during the Eclipse there was just incredible.

COMMENTS: I held a group session at the House of Dhamma to coincide with the Eclipse path across Europe and West Asia. A very interesting day. I had to go to work but left early to get back for the session here. All day the earth beneath my feet and in front of my eyes was shifting frequencies, there were odd wind and cloud patterns and lots of emotional turmoil. Usually my shrine room is like a quiet blue cave, but next door, at Eclipse time, someone had decided this was the perfect time for drilling, something he did intermittently throughout the session. So an immense amount was released due to the constant presence of that irritant too. The overall effect was to strengthen resolve and focus intention greatly and to allow others the space to do their own thing without judgement. I was very much aware of the ephemeral nature of my own life and the incredible wondrous gift of being alive here and now at this time. The Lord Buddha said that the chances of reincarnation in human form were as narrow as a turtle surfacing from the ocean and putting his head through a ring. Well, what were the chances of being born at this time, when we can synchronously and consciously direct intention to manifest a new way of being!! Our role here was to be the rudder of the Earthship, to stay in clear intention and motivated by Love. All the drilling in the world was not going to take us off course. And so it is.
