What is World Earth Healing Day?

World Earth Healing Day is a global linkup for world peace and healing, coordinated by Leigh Tremaine and Diane Manning. This annual event was first held on October 12 in 1996, and has since been held on July 19-20 in 1997, May 25 in 1998, August 11 in 1999, May 4 in 2000, and June 21 in 2001. The date of the next World Earth Healing Day will be announced in due course.

World Earth Healing Day is about uniting to raise world consciousness through the power of collective intent. By dedicating a day to this process, and establishing one or more linkup times, we provide an opportunity for a concentrated focus of positive thought, feeling, and action to be created and held by large numbers of people around the world at the same time. We believe this to be an effective way of furthering the healing and transformation of the Planet.
