Choose to feel
The warmth and enthusiasm
To be you and to express you
In your many different ways.
To move,
To dance,
To sing,
To celebrate your being,
And to allow words to overflow with joy.

You are acceptable and of value to yourself and your world,
For you are a glorious expression of the Source,
Radiant in your goldenness.

Release the shame of being you and expressing you,
And with it release the fear, coldness, and apathy
That has taken you from the flow of life.

Return to the flow of life
As a centre for illumination, joy, and love,
And reconnect with the strands that unite us all
In the wonderful web of life.
