'All that is required is the commitment to devote just 2 or 3 minutes a day linking in thought to an agreed focal point in the community - this might be a village cross, church spire, memorial, or other well-known landmark. The focal point is visualised radiating healing energy throughout the community. This can be done on your own at home; it is also good to meet with a group of like-minded friends from time-to-time to tune in as a group to any part of the community requiring extra help and to discuss results and changes throughout the community.'

'The World Peace Prayer Society is a non-profit, non-sectarian, member-supported organisation. As a Non-Governmental Organisation in association with the Department of Public Information of the United Nations, the Society works to support the UN in realising its mission of world peace. The World Mind Society is dedicated to the progressive enlightenment of our species, through the mediums of education, meditation and the employment of group mind force. The expansion of the consciousness of all human beings is of primary importance to this purpose, so that humanity may continue to evolve. The Global Renaissance Alliance is a citizen-based, international network of spiritual activists. Our mission is to make a stand in our local and national communities for the role of spiritual principle in solving the problems of the world.
We feel that a holistic political conversation - one which honors the power of both mind and spirit to help heal the world - is emerging throughout the global community. The Global Renaissance Alliance embodies its vision through small gatherings of citizens called Citizen Circles. Meeting in living rooms, churches, around campfires or anywhere else, we are joined with others of like mind in meditating for world peace; speaking from our hearts about our wishes for a better world, and working together to make it so. The power of the circle, the power of the heart, and the power of our divine source thus come together to co-create a more loving planet.
Inspired by Gandhi's comment that we must "be" the change we want to see happen in the world, we are aware that the universe is holographic: that both the seeds of war as well as the seeds of heaven on earth, lie within each one of us.
Within the Citizen Circle, we commit to cultivating an intimate fabric of deep community, and through our individual and joint efforts create real change in ourselves and the world around us. Dedicated to the love of God in ourselves and in each other, we seek to extend the principles of forgiveness, atonement, reverence for life, faith, service and compassion into the political and social dynamic of our times.
Some circles have worked on Peace proclamations in their cities, some are working to create a Department of Peace in the United States, some have worked on saving rivers from industrial pollution, while others focus on trying to help reform our campaign finance laws. In 1998 Network 2012 helped form an international association of new consciousness networks on the Internet, called the Planetary Awakening Network. At present the association consists of 300 networks from 35 countries, representing close to 100,000 people. The purpose of the association is to provide an international e-mail based network for the exchange of ideas, resources and information, and to provide a planetary emergency alert system for participants to collectively use techniques such as meditation, prayer, and ceremony to help bring about a positive resolution to planetary crises.
Network 2012 are working on publishing an international directory of new consciousness newspapers and magazines for the Internet. The intent is to provide a comprehensive directory of publications. They are currently in the data-gathering stage and are asking that publishers or editors who want to be a part of this directory to contact them, and for people to send them information on such publications.

'I have a SOS message from Africa for healing prayers to help a group of children and young people caught up in the civil war in and around Zaire. Through a reliable source, we regularly hear the achievements of an angelic John Willborn who had set up an orphanage to nurture approximately sixteen hundred youngsters whose parents had been murdered.'
